This such a fun bar that I've added to my home

This such a fun bar that I've added to my home gym. I love that it's an axel bar but still has rotating collars. It has replaced my regular barbell on almost every movement. I used to put fat grips on my regular barbell which was ok, but this is way better!

Very well made, verfsatile 'fat' barbell

The extra thickness this bar provides makes it much more comfortable to perform any sort of pressing exercise, be it the bench press, overhead press or tricep extensions. I have larger than average hands, so the standard, thinner bar, would dig into my hands too much and cause all kinds of issues. The knurling is nice and grippy, and spinning sleeves is a welcomed addition as well, when compared to an axle bar on which you get neither.
Thank you Force of Habit for offering a bar that can't be acquired anywhere else in Canada.
